This applies to personal data shared with us via WhatsApp, including:

• Your name and profile information (if visible)
• Messages and media you sent to us
• Support or service-related communication history

Option 2 — Email Request

🔐 Verification Process

To protect your data, we may verify that the request is coming from the rightful account holder before deleting information.

⏳ Processing Time

We will acknowledge your request and delete eligible personal data within the time required under applicable laws, typically within 30 days, unless retention is required for:

• Legal compliance
• Fraud prevention
• Ongoing service obligations
• Dispute resolution

If some data cannot be deleted for legal reasons, we will inform you.

✅ What Happens After Deletion

• Your personal identifiers will be removed from our active systems
• Past conversations may be anonymized for record-keeping or legal compliance
• You will no longer receive WhatsApp messages from us unless you opt in again
